Averatec - 1000 Series - any information on launch/price?

Just ran accross this laptop while reading the forums.

Averatec is known for their small low priced notebooks.

Has anyone heard any news on pricing or release information? the website says it will launch May 2005, so hopefully sometime soon.
 
I don't know anything about it, but it looks like the Sony TR series from the pic on their web site.
