What a farse...the show is called Average Joe....it should have been called Shallow Ho...good grief, they defeated the whole purpose...she left with a student waiter who lives with his mom... oh well, at least the two shallow people ended up with each other

how did they defeat the whole purpose? the point was to give average joes a chance, and well they failed. frankly, if u were her, i doubt u'd pick any of em either.

i also agree that the point of the show was completed defeated when they brought in the hunks and she ended up picking one of them instead...

oh well...

i refuse to watch average joe 2... unless the finals are with 2 average looking guys (basically won't watch it until the last episdoe)

Yes, the purpose of the show was defeated.

And the second one looks like it will be doubly so than the first. This time, the guys are uglier and dorkier, the woman is nicer looking, and they have more "pretty boys" with bigger muscles. Does anyone actually think this former miss USA is going to pick any of the Averager Joe guys? VERY doubtful. Almost doubtful enough to put a $100 on it.

I dont think she chose him because of looks...it's all about CONFIDENCE!

the guy freaked out at the thought of her thinking about the other guy. I mean sure that's normal but you gotta play it cool like the hot guy. He totally lacked confidence and was continually gushing about how lucky he was and how he couldn't believe the good "karma" he had. It's sweet but it gets annoying after awhile. If adam had some confidence and didn't have some freakout episodes...she prolly woulda chose him.

I don't like Jason's personality but I would have chosen him over Adam too. Overall, I thought all of the guys she had to choose from sucked.

Yep. There's no point in even watching the second one, the preview looked pretty lame.

And the next round of Average guys are mental institution rejects with eating disorders. Like WTF. Either they are ugly and dumb as sin or good looking/millionaires.

But it would be fun to watch Miss America kiss one of the rejects.

Y0u guys are missing the whole point of the show. The funniest part of the show was when they had all these socially inept geeks living together, that was classic. I had no interest in the rest of the show, who gives two sh!ts who this girl wants to date.

She and Jason were on the Today show, before they were interviewed by Matt Lauer, Katie Kouric got in a pretty good dig on Melana. Katie and Matt were talking about the day before how Adam acted like he was the winner, and Katie said, maybe he is the big winner.

When Matt interviewed them it was the first time they saw eachother in 7 months, the show rapped up last May. They couldnt see eachother because of the show. I doubt they start a releationship though. They also added Adam into the mix over the phone. He congratulated them, and Matt asked him if he had anyone "in his life". He does, so apparently he is the winner.
