yeah, just waded through the avaya quiz + advert + book, and it's all a load of crock -- they don't send you a "softcover" book, but rather a PDF, which is more marketing material than content. Although some of the "For Dummies" books are pretty good, this one is completely crap -- they don't even mention Skype once, which is odd, given that Skype has *way* more VoIP market than Ayaya.
