Has anybody heard of this Blue Mars Project by Avatar Reality?

Seems to be. I wonder how develop is going to be handled. There's no way they are going to populate the whole planet with "content", surely it's going to have to be partially user developed.

It would be cool to be able to claim 12 acres somewhere and play with it, and people could journey their way there.
