Nope, that version of Panda isn't free. Guess I uninstalled Avast for nothing because now I don't have a permanent AV program.

Should I uninstall again and go for the free version or will that screw something up?

Also startup and shutdown have gotten much slower now that I have the trial of Panda Titanium. Anyone else notice this?

I will admit that after all the AV programs I've been through, Panda is the most annoying with its popups and even though I got the free version I'm still getting pestered to register.

Does it hurt windows to uninstall an AV prog, install a new one, uninstall that one then install a new one? Dumb question I know but I'm a little worried. Panda keeps popping up and saying 'Welcome to Panda' and telling me that its been modified and is trying to access the internet. What does that mean, and what happens when you uninstall it Bryan?
