AvantGo-like App for iPod Touch

I have the Touch and can only get online at certain areas. However, I had a PocketPC once and liked AvantGo. Is there a program just like that for the Touch? Something that will allow me to subscribe to and download full articles that can be read offline? The closest thing I've found is RSS Reader that just downloads the first paragraph, but will need an internet connection to read the whole thing.

The closest thing that I know of is Byline:

It's on the AppStore for $5.

It's not as slick as AvantGo, but it's about as close as you are likely to get on an iPhone since apps can't run in the background.
