after this tough series that they just battled out i think the avs are probably in need of a little rest. either that or they're going to be powered by adrenaline and kick the crap out of detroit. 🙂

Im looking forward to this series!! Since my team sucks, and traded the best player (Panthers-Bure 🙁 ) I just want some exciting playoff action. The Wings seem to have their sht wired tight, but the Av's hate them so much and Roy can still bring it....I dont know what is going to happen.
 
This is basically the series for the Cup. Whoever wins this one (WINGS), will sweep the Eastern Conference winner.
 
what is all this trash about the avs winning? the only thing they are winning is the publisher's clearing house sweepstakes because the wings are gonna own them.
 
Patty Roy is the man!

I am a 'Lanche fan but only because of Roy... I was a Habs fan when he was in Montreal.
I have followed Patty closely since he was a 18yo (I think) rookie in like 1986.

When Roy retires they should fold the NHL! 🙂
 
Av's are going down hard. They could barely get past the Kings and Sharks. My little cousin's midget team could probably bring them to a 7th game.

Just remember that the Wings are responsible for booting Roy out of Montreal. They scored 8 goals on him in one game and as he was pulled, he skated to his coach and told them he would never play for them again.

It happened once and it will happen again. Roy is scared.
