AV7133 Owners, what memory ya runnin and how high?

Gonna get this mobo very soon and I want to get some quality RAM for it.

I'm running some transcend pc133 cas3 ram (winbond 7.5ns chips) at 133, with 133mhz fsb.
i haven't tried upping it a lot, but it's absolutely stable.. no mem probs. i'll try cas2 at 133 someday.

I am running stable with optimal settings in the bios at cas2(7ns 143mhz) latency.

i have generic micron chips pc133,can make it to 143mhz at 7ns143 setting and can make it to 153mhz with 3,2,2 user define. if your getting new ram get that tiny bga kingmax pc150.

Got my Mosel Vitalic Rev.2 to run up to 158mhz 3-2-2 but have some Infineon 256meg chips coming... We shall see... 🙂

I purchased 3 128MB sticks of PC133 Crucial CT16M64S4D7E CAS2, and am running it at 150MHz CAS2/ 150 FSB on an A7V133 that I have been testing, and looping Q3A & 3DMark2000 demos on for almost 24 hours now with no crashes. Damn good RAM for the low price.
