Consumer feedback generated by IntelliChoice's Web site helps the company rate certified programs. It considers elements such as inspections, warranties, roadside help, vehicle history reports, financing and vehicle return/exchange policies, Bell says. Norm Olson, sales operations manager of Toyota Certified, says the automaker questions IntelliChoice's methodology, especially its inspection-list criteria.
