While I may be confused with another car, I do belive the Impala production was stopped in the 80s or so. Also, I'm not sure if this would count or not, but there wern't any Corvettes made in 1983. I think Lincoln had the park benches and Designer Series', Cadillac has the Desiel 350, and the Buick Riviera, Chevrolet Corvette, Chrysler Town & Country, Oldsmobile Aurora, and Plymouth Fury all have fiberglass bodies

i could have sworn that they kept one of the 1983 corvette models in the museum in Bowling Green, KY
i may be wrong, but i thought they turned out to be lemons, so they scrapped the few they built except for the one in the museum
that's what I was going to say....and it is correct too...HAHAHAHAHAOriginally posted by: ISAslot
2. collapsible steering column.
If it was '67 for the collapsible column then it was a mid-year requirement as I can show you cars with solid one-piece steering colums from the '67 model year.....but considering that Mustangs for '67 can have either I might have to agree with you here.Originally posted by: JC

That was 1967. Also the dual brake master cylinder in 1967.
