Automatically synchronize files between two computers

I have two computers on the same LAN. Computer A has WinXP Pro and Computer B has Win98. I would like to automatically synchronize the same folder (say My Documents) as close to real time as possible. I know Folder Share can do it, but as far as I can tell it gets transferred via the Internet and Folder Share's website doesnt say it supports Win98 (though I have the feeling it will work anyway). Do anyone know of an alternative?

there is a ms power toy/utility that does this, but not sure if it works with 98. have a look at their power toys and see if you can find it. sorry i can't remember the name.

I think SyncToy is the MS program. I just installed it last nite to work with my new NAS. Pretty cool little utility
