Automatically correcting spelling?

Not mine, but other people's spelling. So, if I'm reading on a forum and someone types "dilicious", I want it to be show as "delicious". Are there any software to do that?

All these mistakes are really confusing on what's wrong and what's not.

Not likely. A spelling change equates to editing - and in most forums, only the author or a moderator can edit a note.

Firefox has a built-in spell checker, too. But it doesn't change other peoples' spelling on web pages.

P.S. A trie might help, but I don't want to mess with it in Javascript. 😉

AFAIK, the only time you can change other people's spelling is when you reply to their message. Then you have control.
