Automatically correcting id3 tags?

Anyone got a program that will go through mangled mp3 file names and id3 tags and rename them correctly using freedb or cddb? Moodlogic supposedly has that ability but it doesn't have a demo of that particular feature and I'm not putting down 30 for something I don't even know works.
