automatic url changer... (?)

hey,

i'm looking for an add-on to firefox of some sort that will automatically load a url, display it for a set amount of time, then move on to another url...

the ideal thing would be something that behaves like the following:

loads: http://www.xxxxxxxxx.com/00001.html

waits for set time then loads: http://www.xxxxxxxxx.com/00002.html

waits for set time then loads: http://www.xxxxxxxxx.com/00003.html

waits for set time then loads: http://www.xxxxxxxxx.com/00004.html

where the program automatically knows to load the next sequential number...

anyone have any ideas?!
