Automatic Shutdown for Windows 2000

Can somebody tell me if there is a way to setup windows 2000 to automatically shutdown at a certain time. I couldn't find shutdown.exe file, or any shut*.* file at all. Does anybody know if this can be done without third party software? Thanks in advance.
