Automatic folder sync tool?

Does anybody know a good utility to sync a folder across a network? I'd like to use it as a backup tool. I don't need to keep older versions of files or anything like that. I'd just like to have the folder backed up as is to my NAS on a scheduled basis, keeping only the newest versions. I'd also like to be able to look at the folder like normal, unlike the built-in backup tool which stores stuff in a .bkf file.

I don't mind paying for it, but free software is nice 🙂

Those both look like pretty solid apps, I'll be checking both out. Thanks. Does either do scheduled syncing? It looks like puredtnc might.
