Automatic file splitter for the gmail drive?

Besides using WIN rar to split files into 10 meg segments, is there a program that will automatically do this for you and put the files back together easily?
 
Ummm.... Winrar? lol.....

Why would you want to use something else? It works.

I know it works, and it works fine. I am just looking for somethign maybe that is attatched to the gmail drive that will detect if a file is over 10 megs and auto split it, then it will detect if a file that is 10 megs in size has other parts to it and rejoin it auotmatically.
