Simple form to complete. Just print the resulting form and mail it, no chicken scratches for the human on the other end to process.

Note, registration must be completed 25 days prior to Nov 4 if you are voting in person so send out it pronto.

More people read OT and this can certainly belong there too, I leave it up to the mods.

 
Even easier, is most states you can register to vote online, no need to mail anything. Lots of states you can register to vote online through the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) website with a few simple clicks.

In my county you can even request an early ballot (mail in ballot) by filling out a simple online form on the county website and hitting submit. I perfer mail in ballots to avoid any hassle or fraud at the ballot box on election day.
