i need a program that automatically checks a shared folder on a network. if certain conditions are met (size, type, and frequency). then the program moves, deletes, or copies the information to my system, depending on the options set.

if that is not possible,
then i need a program to every few minutes check a network share and either delete all jpegs under 11k and/or move all that are over 11k to my machine.

suggestions?
