Is it possible to make a change to the Cisco VPN client profile to disconnect after x amount of innactivity? I know there is a way to do it on the PIX side however I would like to do it on the client side instead.

Thanks,

Can I ask what the difference is? I'm guessing that it's only implemented on the firewall side because it's easier for admins to manage.

Other then that it seems to me like they both accomplish the same thing.

Well the reason is that I don't have control over the PIX and well I would like to set it on my end if possible.

Try searching cisco.com.

There's tons of info there.

There is also a config file for it.
