Autocad or 3D Home Design type solution....need help

Know of any software or website or whatever that will allow you to copy a floorplan and then render it into 3D? My wife is having a terrible time visualizing a finished product and I am trying to find a way to have her walk through it.

try AutoCAD Architectural Desktop.

it's a GREAT add-on for designing buildings in CAD and such.

And if AutoCAD isn't in your budget... :)
Try TurboCAD. It comes with a program called Floorplan3D. Floorplan3D has a relatively easy interface, and then has a 3D viewer that you can use to "walk" around & through the building. You can import the Floorplan model into a 3D TurboCAD model as well.
