My partner has a Subaru wagon that she loves. The thing is, she hasn't taken great care of it and the little bit of rust it had when she got it has now grown to too much, particularly by the wheelwells. She absolutely doesn't want to get rid of the car, so I've been thinking of getting it cleaned-up and repainted for her.
What's the best way to go about this that isn't too expensive. I'm looking to pay others, not do it myself. Any advice on shops and what to look for? And how much this might cost?
