auto downloading

i accidently unchecked the box that says show this everytime before downloading and now when i click on a download, it automatically downloads. where can i fix this

It's easy to figure out that he is most likely using IE.

Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced Tab

About 2/3 of the way down the Browsing option, there is a box for "Notify when downloads complete"
