auto detect with coolbits and BFG 6800 GT

for some reasone, i cant do autodetect with coolbits and the my bfg 6800 GT.

any ideas why?

what do you mean you can't? What happened? I bought bfg6800 gt from BB 2 days ago. When I first ran coolbit, it crashed on me. Then I restarted and after that everything ran smoothly.

Is there anyway you can get us some screen shots. Also consider using the new updated coolbits. Just google Coolbits 2 and it should pop up somewhere.

My BFG did that until I Oc'ed it manually, then the auto-detect worked afterwards.

You had to move it from "2d mode" to "3d mode" before it lets you select the option.

LOL, NOW I remember thats what my problem was too!

How exactly does that auto detect thing determine the speed? Does it take the available power current into account? The coolbits autodetect only gives 385/1030 for me, but the PSU is almost certainly a bottleneck in my case. I'm probably going to have to replace (RMA) this card anyway though.
