What the hell was in the desk drawer when your work station controlled 10 ICMBs?

4. liquor

edit: I know that nuke weapon facilities are 'no stupid zones' and serious regarding access, but I'm still pretty curious what you put in the desk drawer of those stations.

What's the box for in the middle upper left? The one with the padlock? :eek:

A launch control console. 10 sets of light to monitor each of 10 missiles. Not very glamorous, huh?

Middle right you can see where one of the keys would be inserted. Switch faces are the triangular shapes.
Note the dial up phones , heh.

Haha yes of course! Would that be a Master brand or Abus? I find that Abus locks even rather mundane in appearance more difficult to pick than the other brands! :sneaky:
