1. Party A is HARASSED by anonymous party and suspects Party B
2. Party A investigates involvement of Party B
3. Party B FLIPS THE FVCK OUT and takes Party A to court
4. NOBODY profits, except some dickhole ambulance-chaser of a lawyer.

Sometimes I worry about my future given the state of the legal system. I better have a damn good lawyer before I decide to start working privately. *sigh*

have you ever had police come and harass you for something you know you didn't do and they were called simply out of spite by someone?

so that you feel like your home is unsafe, because people, possibly neighbors, or ex-friends call and have them come for no reason? I tell you there may be no reason but they treat you just like you are a criminal.

I would have said she is crazy, but recently my neighbors have called the police complaining of domestic abuse in our house, and the police come and harass me, and terrorize us in our own home. To the point where we're hesitant to open the door because the police are as$holes.

If I thought I could win I would bring them to court too.

Just because the police treated you one way in your specific situation does NOT mean they treated this woman the same way. For all we know they showed up at her house, asked her some standard questions and left without ever talking to her again. There's nothing there that says they repeatedly visited her and hounded her with the same bullsh1t over and over. THAT would constitute harassment.

Personally I think she sounds like a lunatic, or just some b1tch looking for a free ride by suing a "celebrity" (if you can consider him as such). Even though the article isn't exactly detailed, I don't think she has a leg to stand on.
