I predict that 100% of the union females will take advantage of this and use their 12 days whether they have menstrual problems or not. I further predict that 98% of the menstrual days will land on either Friday or Monday.

And I will predict that 75% of the females will not be smart enough to use the vacation day around the same time every month, therefore implicating themselves as lying, manipulative women.

😕 some women have cycles that are irregular and so it doesnt always happen the same day of the month.

i take it you are not used to female company?

Well they better get regular so the company can plan around those days!

Ah, nothing like some repetitive redundancy...

But wouldn't women who take such leave be basically announcing when they have their period? Or is that not very personal information I suppose...

That information should be supplied to us males. That way, we can stay the heck away during this violent time.

just encouragement not to hire females. make em cost more for the same amount of work essentially. rather stupid

damn u animal farm🙂

It's a great book. Short and sweet, yet very powerful.

Edit: I think it applies in this case. Women want to be equal to men in salary, benefits, etc, but then they want 12 more days because they get irritable and crampy each month? Riiiiight...
