This match was great I was up until 4 am watching but couldn't stay awake. The Serbian really took it to Roger Federer , I don't think he( RF) was playing near his level, but I still give credit to the Serbian.

The artical is wrong it was a forhand winner how the Serbian won the first set.

They claimed if Roger Federer lost this morning and Nadal one it. He could loose his number one spot. That is because The Australian Open is the first Slam, and Roger won it last year... so he wouldn't be getting any credit for making thus far.

I hope this wasn't boring material.

I just watched the Hewitt/Baghdatis match.
Why are there no HD pics posted of Hewitt's wife and sister?

His sister got 2nd place in body building contest last month. She is intense, flexing while applauding for him.
 
Federer match is being replayed on ESPN2 right now for anyone who missed it (like me).

Also this Open has been great so far! A lot of really good matches and it is only the end of the first week!

I was watching it too then saw in my ESPN rss feed that Federer won, ugh.
 
the blake match last night was amazing also.

the federer match was crazy to watch. i was up until 230 pacific time watching it. it was strange to see federer so off like that.
 
Nadal has a chance of taking the #1 seed from Federer if he can make it to the finals. Go Nadal!

BTW, who is that crazy guy that likes to do impersonations of other players, like Maria Sharapova?
 
I watched until the 3rd set and then had to go to sleep... now I wished I had stayed up to watch the whole thing....

i saw pretty much the whole thing, came in halfway through the second set(possible terminology error) and watched it through to the end.....it was a really really good game, probably the best i've seen (given my limited viewership)

Yeah he won that one ugly. I was up until 4am EST, didn't even get to see who won. NOw I know of course ...

Even tho I don't like Sharapova I was happy to see her win again. I doubt she will go too far. She has major serving problems for a pro.

i hope federer wins but gets pushed to a great 5 setter.
