What a stupid country.

Well, maybe they're absolutely, positively eliminating all possibility that someone can post kiddie-porn and then try to wriggle out of a pedo charge by claiming they thought it was just a fully-adult women with itty-bitty breasts.

As a male chauvinistic pig and an admirer of the female breast, I live by two principles.

1. You can't grasp above a handful and I have small hands.

2. Its not the size of the hill that matters, its what on top of the hill that matters.

And to all females, I say never consider breast implants and the health risks that follow, just be yourself, and if you think positive, you can be a sexy as anyone. Be yourself and no one can ask for more. Its a truly sad commentary on the female and male sex if we males rate females by only breast size. Which substitutes lust for the far more important content of character that is breast size or penis size independent.

Whats next Australia, shall we consider females under 5 foot tall all too likely to be confused with underage kiddie porn?

Finally, a country has the balls to come out and say "if you don't have large breasts, you aren't a real woman."

That this comes from the Inqusitr is not a spelling mistake, it's not a news paper, its bloody humour and that is all it is.

Fuck some of you are illiterate or just plain fucked up in the head.

The same story is also in the Sydney Morning Herald http://www.smh.com.au/opinion/socie...ll-boobs-and-bodily-fluids-20100129-n278.html
They even site the original source. http://www.sexparty.org.au/index.ph...e-orgasm-being-banned-by-classification-board

The Board has also started to ban depictions of small-breasted women in adult publications and films. This is in response to a campaign led by Kids Free 2 B Kids and promoted by Barnaby Joyce and Guy Barnett in Senate Estimates late last year. Mainstream companies such as Larry Flint’s Hustler produce some of the publications that have been banned. These companies are regulated by the FBI to ensure that only adult performers are featured in their publications. “We are starting to see depictions of women in their late 20s being banned because they have an A cup size”, she said. “It may be an unintended consequence of the Senator’s actions but they are largely responsible for the sharp increase in breast size in Australian adult magazines of late”.

These changes to what is now a Refused Classification depiction also affect the amount of material that will be black listed by Senator Conroy’s proposed Internet filter. “There are over one million sites featuring female ejaculation and for Australia to be banning depictions and discussion of this important issue, takes us back into the Victorian era where they didn’t even believe that women could have orgasms”, she said.

You guys are looking at this all wrong... it's not censorship. It's quality control! :awe:

More than that....

Husband: "Honey, I am afraid that we are going to be forced to spend some of our savings to change something due to a new law by our government."
Wife: "What? Change something?"
Husband: "Yes, it seems that every night I violate the law."
Wife: "What do you mean?"
Husband: "I am afraid that you must undergo breast enlargement surgery, otherwise I might end up in jail."

Wow, they are outright trying to ban all porn sites. Talk about thought police (*cough*china*cough*).

There simply is no justification for what they are doing. They are trying to control the thoughts of the people of Australia and these are simply excuses they are using. While video games and pron are not the most noble of things to defend, when laws are passed to imprison those the government does not like (eg, homosexuals, opposition parties, protesters, non-christians), perhaps people will wake up.

If this isn't stopped now, mark my words the gallows in Australia will reopen and "dissidents" will swing before this is over.

Will they also ban shaved genitals? Hairless chests on males? Or how about romantic dialog that uses infantilizing terms ("You're my baby!" "Come to poppa.")?

Australia soon becoming the new UK?

Yeah, because full frontal nudity along with no bloody bleeping of the seven words have not been a part of the UK network television since the 60's?

If you were going for stuck up then look no futher than the Christian theocracy of the united states.

They may say they are the land of the free but no western nation is as restrictive and in no other western nation can you be held without charges indefinently.

It's a piss poor excuse of a somewhat democratic nation but free? Not like the UK or other western nations, it's the land of the somewhat free and the quivering cowards.

The ban (RC) on small breasted women in adult publications has been made by the Australian Classification Board allegedly on the grounds that such images could be construed as child pornography, even where those publications comply with American law and keep certification that performers are over 18.
Might as well just ban all pornography. After all, the adults featured in it were themselves children at one time.

Last House on the Left wasn't allowed to be shown in the UK until March 17, 2008 without being censored. It was shown in the US in 1972.

My Secret Life was banned in the UK and not printed legally til 1995. It was allowed to be printed in the US in 1966.

Just last year the UK made possession of extreme porn a thought crime. http://www.opsi.gov.uk/acts/acts2008/ukpga_20080004_en_9#pt5-pb1-l1g63 So government censorship is on the rise in the UK.

Victorian Prudery is a British invention. The modern concept and classification of pornography is also
British invention to restrict what people can see and read.
