Been with them a good 12 years now but I've had the good luck of always being in areas they had great coverage... as in Seattle, where their HQ is 😉

I travel a lot for work and things have been pretty good there as well since I stick close to big cities. What I've really liked is the free international texting and data as I travel to Canada often and occasionally across the pond. Within the last year I was able to text and use my phone for directions, music, etc... while up in Whistler and over in Iceland, all without any extra charges. I know it's a small thing, but to me that was awesome.
