Updates:

Just turned 40
Kids are 10 and 8 now (time flies)
My new hobby is making Dungeons & Dragons terrain to play with them

I've been working with the same folks since 2006 (when HomeBrewerDude hired me as a student hourly employee because I was good at OGame). We did a spin-off startup non-profit and have 115 employees there now. I'm the COO of the org and spend a lot of time doing finance, HR, and training topics with a focus on organizational strategy.
