Ok, whenever I try to watch music videos or listen to audio music, it keeps on skipping frames and sounds. Yesterday, I tried to listen to Megadeth's Hangar 18 and it ruined the entire solo. The day before that, I was listening to Slayer's Raining Blood and the thing skipped like 5 lines of lyrics and then a whole solo. I'm on Windows 2000 Pro, how can I fix this?
 
My processor speed is 2.8 GHz/520 P4. I overclocked this processor to 3.73 GHz stable, but the temperatures were too high. Then I brought it back to stock and am waitng on my 3d Rocket Cooler Pro. Anyways, I run folding, and MSN Messenger and Limewire at the same time. If I use power apps, then I always close other apps before running those since they take up too much cpu power and i can't afford to have my system go slow whne i run power apps. How can I fix the sound/video issue?
