Audio trouble

I just finished installing the parts on my new system and I'm running through the basics right now, checking sound, installing drivers, etc. I've run into a problem and I'm troubleshooting it now. I'm getting no audio from my rear audio port. The front one is not hooked up yet. I've hooked up headphones just to be sure it was not the speakers. Any input would be appreciated.

It's a K7N2 Delta mobo. The NVIDIA prog and the system recognizes the sound card and it says it is playing, but the port is getting nothing.

Did you install your drivers off the included CD or did you get the latest ones from the website? Try getting the latest ones and reinstalling.

Yes, I downloaded them, didn't get any results. I think I'm ging to hook up the front ports an see what I get.

Front audio wasn't hooked up. Apparantly it has to be hooked up or the pins on the board have to be jumpered for a signal to reach the rear line out. Duh.
