Audio Ripping off DVD?

Is there anything that would let me rip songs from a DVD soundtract to WAV so I can mp3 em and listen in an mp3 player?

Couple of ways, use a subsystem-level recorder like TotalRecorder to capture the sound stream. Or use a CSS-capable ripper to extract the contents of the DVD to your hard drive, then use something like AC3Dec or DVD2AVI to extract the audio.
