I have a set of Klisch 4.1 speakers, but as they are all set in front of me while at the computer, I want to take the two rear satellites and run them out of my TV (Vizio E420VL). To do this I would need to convert the bear ends of the speaker wire coming out of the satellites to RCA's, and not only that, both satellites would have to run into a single set of RCA jacks to plug into the TV. Would this work, and if so, how? Thanks in advance for any info.

You need an amplifier of some sort to connect to the television's RCA outputs, then connect the bare wires on the speakers to the speaker output posts on the amp. The outputs on your television are "line level" and won't have enough juice to drive speakers to audible levels.
