Audio loopback with soundcard

I kind of have an annoying problem with my audio loopback. I the Realmagic Hollywood plus Mpeg decoder card that requires the audio loopback to get sound when i play dvds. I was unaware of the fact that my external USB tv hub also requires audio loopback. As of right now. I have to climb behind my desk every time i wanna switch from watching tv to dvds. Is there any way i can solve this problem?
