For the Amp I have 2 connections that came with it stating Sub + and Sub -.

Each connection has 2 wires coming out of it.

Here is a diagram of what the connection is supposed to look like:

So how would I go about connecting those wires? Do I only connect 1 wire from each connection and leave the other one not connected?

Will paypal $10 to anyone who helps me solve this problem!

I don't understand what you're saying. Are those connections the inputs to the amp or outputs coming out of the amp?

Those connections in the image are leading from the amp to the factory amp.

This is what it says:

1) if you have an X5 with premium sounds and DSP: You should be able to count 15 pins in this connector even if all pins are not wired. On this connector you can tap into pin # 7 and 14 to feed your high level (Speaker level) subwoofer amp inputs. You should notice 2 cables thicker than the others. These are pin #8 (power +12v) and pin #15 (ground). That should help locate pin #7 and pin #14.
Picture 3 below shows the 15 pins connector on my X5 with 2 red snap connectors connected to pins# 7 and 14 and two added wires (blue and white) which go to my subwoofer mono amp high level input. If you have a 2 channels amp instead of a mono amp then verify that it is bridgeable which means that you can bridge the 2 channels into one to feed a subwoofer. Not all amps are bridgeable. This should be clearly specified in the documentation of the amplifier. Also be aware that by bridging there will be twice the power on one speaker. The bridged rating is usually listed with the spec of the amp. If you have a 2 channel amp you can feed your amp?s high inputs from pin # 7(-)/14(+) for right speaker and 10(-)/2(+) for left speaker. I only used 7/14 in my case because I used a mono channel amp

So my confusion is the two wires each connector has that came with my powered sub (yes I got a powered sub, I know I suck).

The powered sub has a Sub+ and Sub- and I am trying to connect it to the factory amp Sub- Sub+ like the directions said.

So would I only need to connect one of the wires for each connector and leave the other one not connected?

for a high level input (like you are trying to use from the amp) you need to take the sub+ sub- from your FACTORY amp and connect them to the respective sub+ sub- to the input on your powered sub.

do not touch pin 8 or pin 15 these are the power wires for the factory amp.

your powered sub will have 2 high level inputs because it will be made to accept a R L signal that most people have going to their rear speakers and be able to provide the bass for both. since you have a dedicated sub out, you only need to use 1 pair of inputs on your powered sub.
