audio driver error

I tried to install my integrated audio driver for my dfi lanparty ultra-d and it gives me error number 8x80040707 and description is blank it does it twice then goes into the install and gives me unknown error any help please?

Are you installing just the audio driver, or the motherboard driver package?

just the audio one I did it before but now it won't work.

Make sure the on-board sound is enabled and set up in the BIOS. Then shut off ALL non-essential programs, and re-install the latest official mobo package. Reboot, and enable in Sounds and audio devices. You don't have another sound card plugged in, do you?

Different board, but thats what did it for me.

yea I tried all of that and I have no other soundcard
