Audio CDR's

I finally got a CD-RW (TEAC W54E), it works great, but when I make an audio cd the cdr has much lower volume than the source. Is there anyway to change the volume of audio recorded to a cdr. Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I don't know anything about burning yet. Oh, I've been burning with Easy CD Creator and Fireburner.

Thanks.
BTW my first post. 🙂

NEVER NORMALIZE!!! It ruins the dynamic range of the music. It all sounds the same loud!!! I mean you loose the quiet parts of the music.

The only thing that might be getting messed up is that the program is not detecting whether or not pre-emphasis is used.
