Audio CD problems when cd has extra stuff on it.

Have a user here at work who has a Dell GX150 with NT 4.0 with service pack 6. She can listen to most audio cd's fine. However, some of her music cd's have other files on them. The one I looked at had an AOL install on it, and some other files. She can listen to these cd's at home, but not at work. When she puts one of these cd's in her drive at work, the drive spins, and the CD player that comes with Windows NT says no disk in drive. These are not burned cd's, just music cd's she purchased from retail stores. Apparently, some of them are including addtional stuff besides the music.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks

I have absolutely no idea how to get around this. As I believe I have the same problem....

You have a authentic CD but it has other data on it, then solely audio
It will play in a stand alone CD Player and stuff
Put it into a computer, but doesn't find any Audio

I don't think there is a solution to this, but if anyone knows.... bump.
