I got a new motherboard a little while ago and I transferred everything perfectly and found out that the motherboard didnt work. So I went back to the old mobo so I could continue to use my system while I dealt with the broken one. I go to set my sound card back up and suddenly it cant find it. I try to run the installer but it says it cant detect the sound card hardware.
Everything worked including the sound card before all the moving around.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the software also did nothing.
Sound card is an Audigy2 ZS.
Also one last thing, I wanted to make sure that it was getting power. Since it doesnt have any lights or fans, I touched it after being grounded. It was hot, meaning its getting power (duh).
