Audigy2 value driver update problem

well i install the driver from the creative disc and everything is all well and good, then when i decide to get the latest drivers from creative (the ones that enable DRM) i get a failure at the end of the installation saying: 'CTZAPXX.exe-it drive not ready' then goes on to tell me that my A drive (being the floppy drive) isnt 'closed' so i think 'uh...ok' and i put the creative cd into my cd drive and then try again with no luck. so far ive disconnected my floppy drive and still the same error.

any help would be greatly appreciated!
