I bought a awsome bottom of the line Enermax case for 49 bux. It is so crappy even though it is a enermax brand case the crappy 350 PSU isn't even a enermax.

Well here comes my question it didn't have any instructions on how to hook up the two usb ports from the front of the case to the motherbord or the audio in, and audio out jack. Well I figured out the USB by trial and error and it works fine. But I can't figure out what to do with the audio In or Out jack.

The computer just has two header wires for the audio in and one is labled ground and the other has no label. And the mic jack is just one header wire.

So.... does anyone know how to connect it to the audigy I have using the unused internal pins on the card that were meant to be connected to the audigy front bracket connector thing.

Or.... where I can buy a wire/connector that will allow me to connect it to the outside of my audio card like you would normally hook up a mic/speakers?

Thanks Much I haven't found anything out on the audigy board pins, and was wondering if anyone knew about them.

I don't think Creative wants to release a pinout on that connector so you have to buy Creative's parts.

Madness, Madness I say! Geeks can make a still out of a Athlon CPU, but we can't figure a pinout from the most widely used audio card. For shame.

Well anyways do you know where I could get some kind of wire to connect to the wires that I mentioned from my case so I can plug it into the normal speaker in/out? I know I could make my own thoeretically but audio connections sound like shite when I solder my own audio wires. Surely somone has happened upon some kind of plug or something.

The pins on the Audigy1/2 and Live series of cards are for connecting to Creative's drivebay expansion thing...

All of the signals on these lines are SPDIF digtal signals. (one pair is +5v power) No analog signals present. The LiveDrive contains the hardware to convert from digital to analog and vice versa. You cannot connect your case headers here.
