Can you please tell me which colour is line in, line out, etc ? I don`t have the box and i do`nt know where to plug in my 5.1 speaker set.
 
In general, green is front out, black is rear out, yellow is center/sub... blue is line in, pink is mic.

I think that should apply to your card.
