Audigy 2 driver problems

I bought an audigy 2 value and installed it a while back. Since I reformatted it however I have not been able to install drivers for it. When I go to the site and download the driver, as I run it it says that I dont have that hardware in my system, yet the autoupdate feature on their site detects my card. What amd I doing wrong?
 
I don't know if this will help at all, but maybe you should take out the card (physically) and then restart and make sure all the drivers are uninstalled.

Then shutdown and reinstall the card. Boot up again and then maybe it will detect the card as being installed.

It might work. It doesn't sound like you're doing anything wrong now though...
