If the spyshots, artists renderings, etc were correct, then we can pretty much expect it to look like the A8L, but much smaller.

Though, I'm hoping for something a little more aggressive to fight the Lexus GS and BMW 5-series, both of which have gone with a more stylish look this generation.

The 2 pictures that vw_ev73 fellow posted are just some photoshops from a couple months back and apparently very wrong. The headlight shape, hood cutlines, and bumper lines don't at all match the teaser pic.

Ass and body look good, but the face is fugly.

Overall I definately prefer the current one, not great looking, but has no real weak points either.
Of course it's still miles better than the Bangled 5 :D

I was a bit worried about the new corp. grille but from what I've seen on the A8 6.0 and the refreshened A4 coming and now the new A6... I'm starting to like it. Not over the top like the first pics were showing it to be... maybe that or it has just grown on me.

Anyway, I like the fact that its not a small A8 (like the new A4 was to the A6).

The taillights resemble those from the bustle-butt 745 or the Honda Accord.

And the whole body seems to be more creased, not as curvy/rounded as the older style. I never did like that "edge styling" like the Mustang or the Evoq.

I like it, hopefully the B6 Passat with the new fountain grill will turn out well...I think such a large aggresive looking grill will look odd on smaller cars like the A4 and Passat

From VWVortex... "Engines look to include a 335hp 4.2l V8 and a 255hp version of the 3.2l VR6 with FSI and a 2.4l V6 with 177hp. A 3.0l V6 TDI will also be available."

I like the 3.2l v6 and 4.2l v8 options... that should be a nice. I only wish they'd put the 3.2l in the A4 too

Still don't like the C-pillar on the A6. Just looks funky.

Edit: Kudos for arching the dash towards the driver, something BMW has stopped doing.

The A4 NEEDS the updated 3.2 badly, it doesn't have the hp to compete with the other V6/I6 offerings from BMW, Acura, Infinity etc. Quattro adding to the weight doesn't help things either.

WTF They got rid of the blue/red interior lights Audi/VW trademark? NOOOOOOOOOOOO

I can't tell. Are you being sarcastic or making fun of somebody?

CTS and Ion.
Honest. From one of the front shots it had that angular look, and ion is the first that came to mind with the back. It's a fairly forgettable image, but maybe it looks better in person.
