You can get both shows in their entirety on p2p (torrents your best bet) - and no, it is perfectly legal, it's the BBC.

/Edit: Scratch that, only top gear is BBC, only top gear is leagal to d/l. Fifth gear sucks anyway.

No, Top Gear is not legal to download. The BBC have been shutting down sites that offer Top Gear videos for download.

Top Gear is NOT legal. I pay for the BBC. If I download a UK channel show it's legal (but still a grey area). If you download it in the US it is NOT legal. It still has a (c) on it. What made you think it was OK?

BTW I don't mind you all watching it, I rather like it, just don't think for one second that the BBC is a free for all operation. That is all.
 
Top Gear did a M3 vs S4 few years back. Which is excellent. Fifth Gear sucks. Sorry mate

The reason why Top Gear haven't put the test up is because the new M3 is about to come out.

RS4 All the way!! That car is sex on wheels!
I think the large grill looks great, very aggressive couple that with the POed looking headlights, and the flared wheel arches and the car looks (and is) an animal!

Also that video of the commercial, I don't think that is the B7 (2007 - ) version. The grill was different and they also said V6, and both the S4 and RS4 are V8.

On a side note, the S4 and RS4 use the same engine, the only difference I could find on the site to make up the extra HP was that the RS4 is 12.5 compression ratio where the S4 has 11.0. Interesting, kind of makes you wonder if you can just chip the S4 ... Although I imagine there are significant new parts in the RS4 engine to handle the pressure.

Hmmm a chip isn't going to change the compression ratio. It can up the boost but not that.
