ATX vs MicroATX

So I ordered an Antec case yesterday, with my mATX mobo, and then i realized that the case was actually atx form, and is a 'mini' tower, not a 'micro atx' form tower. So, I was wondering if it is possible to actually mount an mATX mobo on an ATX chassis. I looked at the formfactor website, and it seems like mATX and ATX share a good number of holes for screws. Any advice?
