Im actually a graduate student in Biomedical Engineering focusing in EE stuff though...at least thats what classes i have to take, even though it has nothign to do with my research

We pay $1250 for a 2 bedroom/2bath...its not that big but its nice and bedrooms are big...just not the rest of the apartment

I think the futon king has to be a drug front, I have never ever seen anyone in there

i have a random question...do u get the "la cucaracha" fruit truck coming to your area?

4 times a day, 10am, 2pm, 6pm, and 10pm this truck parks right behind my building in an ally(not far from my window) and hits his horn that plays "la cucaracha" (sp?)...and all he does is sell fruit from his truck...who needs fruit 4 times a day in an ally!

LOL... hahahahahhahaha... the "la cucaracha" fruit truck's pretty cute. Even better is "the roach coach" that used to park outside my first place on Venice (between Sepulveda/Inglewood). They actually had some good horchata though...

How long have you been at your current apartment? I'm happy w/mine, just need to decorate it...

Dezign: wow, that's a pretty good price for your own room! i pay close to 400 to share. but i don't mind...i get along with all of my roommates very well. I think when our lease ends in August or so we will be looking for a 3 bedroom apt tho.

MrDD: lol at the futon king and the la cucaracha truck...no i have never heard of that truck but i remember one time somebody was blaring some foreign music through what sounded like a PA system near our apt and it was totally pissing me off cuz i was trying to sleep. i can't imagine going thru that every day.

anyways, i pay 1535 for a 2 bedroom apt. that's pretty high for that area but i really like our apt complex (centre point). it's super nice and the management people are just really nice.

The price we're paying is phenomenal for the apartment complex we're in... if you'd like to come by and check it out sometime this week or next, PM me and I'll give you the address. I believe most of the complex is composed of 3BD/3BA units... and if you'd like me to put you and your roommies on the waiting list, I can introduce you to the manager (very sweet woman).
