No problem, Vogel515. Many of the longstanding members in this forum have had posts locked up because they strayed into areas they shouldn't have. It's not that big a deal. If you really want your account removed you will need to PM the Anandtech Moderator account.
 
No reason to delete your account IMO. Mistakes are made and it's not a big deal. Honestly, like Common Courtesy said, if I weren't in the industry I probably wouldn't have said anything in your thread at all!

Accounts are not removed.

You have the chioce if you wish to use yours, but we do not remove accounts from the forums.
 
And with that official word I guess this thread has run its course as well.
